ENROLMENTS
Enrolments for the 2010 September/October School Holiday Programmes are open. Refer below for venue enrolment dates and times - limited spaces available. Click on the links below to download each Enrolment Form.
Enrolments may be made either in person at the preferred venue site or our office, during the times outlined below, by fax to 277 0128, or by post to PO Box 38 742, Howick. All fax enrolments MUST include credit
card details.
HOWICK PROGRAMME - Cockle Bay School (view location map)
On site enrolments open from 8 September 8.00am - 9.00am in the school hall,
OR from 7 September at our office (Unit 4/550 Chapel Rd, Botany) 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday,
OR by fax/post anytime.
BUCKLANDS BEACH PROGRAMME - Pigeon Mountain Primary (view location map)
On site enrolments open NOW 7.00am - 8.30am and 3.00pm - 6.00pm in the school hall,
OR at our office (Unit 4/550 Chapel Rd, Botany) 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday,
OR by fax/post anytime.
BUCKLANDS BEACH ENROLMENT FORM
FLAT BUSH PROGRAMME - Baverstock Oaks School (view location map)
Enrolments open from 7 September 8.00am - 9.00am at our office (Unit 4/550 Chapel Rd, Botany),
and thereafter every Tuesday and Thursday 8.00am - 9.00am and Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

BAVERSTOCK OAKS ENROLMENT FORM

On site enrolments open NOW every morning at 7.00am - 8.30am (during Before School Care) and every afternoon at 3.00pm - 6.00pm (during After School Care) in the school hall,

Enrolments open NOW at our office (Unit 4/550 Chapel Rd, Botany) 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday,

Please read the following information, then click on the appropriate link to view and access the correct enrolment form.
All families must complete an enrolment form for each child attending the programme, each holiday. This is to ensure all personal and contact details are kept up to date, to ensure the complete safety of your children. Each form must be signed by a parent or guardian before they can participate in the programme.
Any changes to personal details must be notified as soon as possible to the programme co-ordinator, as outlined in the enrolment form, to ensure the continued safety of all children.
