    • Each child requires a safety form including:

      • Two emergency contacts

      • School and classroom information

      • Any medical or behavioural needs

      • Custody arrangements (if applicable)

    • Shared care families: Both parents need to create their own separate Enrolmy profiles and complete their own safety form for their child.

    • Shared care bookings: Please contact our support office once your profiles have been set up, to assist with your booking.

    • Update any child information by editing their safety form through their Enrolmy profile.

    • Each term has a separate activity and must be booked individually. Teacher-only days are booked separately to your current term activity.

    • Early finishes (e.g., teacher conferences or last day of school) can be added to your current term activity booking.

    • Regular pricing applies only if at least four weeks are booked consecutively at one time.

    • Casual bookings can be made at short notice via Enrolmy. After 2:00 pm, bookings must be made by contacting the programme directly.

      • Meals provided: Breakfast (before school care) and afternoon tea (after school care). Ensure dietary requirements/allergies are listed on the safety form.

    • Absences: Contact the programme directly by text or voicemail on the day. Full charges apply unless the session is swapped to another day within the same week (contact support office before your original session starts).

    • Planned trips/appointments: Email the support office at least 5 business days in advance; a 50% holding credit can be applied.

    • Public holidays, teacher-only days, and school closures will be charged at normal rates for regular bookings.

    • Booking cancellations require five business days’ notice and can be done through your Enrolmy profile or by emailing support office (applies for both regular and casual bookings).
