Bizzy Bodz Programmes

Last updated: 25/03/2026

1) Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling your child in a Bizzy Bodz programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and accepted our full Policy Manual, available on our website.

2) Enrolment

All children must be enrolled through our online enrolment system before attending any Bizzy Bodz programme.

Parents/caregivers must ensure that all enrolment information is accurate and kept up to date at all times, including contact details, emergency contacts, medical information, custody arrangements, and authorised pick-up persons.

Separate accounts are required for shared custody arrangements. Bizzy Bodz is not responsible for duplicate or incorrect bookings made by different caregivers or under separate accounts.

3) Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our enrolment system.

Regular bookings are recurring bookings that follow a consistent weekly pattern. Casual bookings are one-off or irregular bookings and may incur additional charges.

Same-day bookings must be made before 2:00pm, unless otherwise approved directly by the programme.

4) Fees and Payments

Fees are invoiced in advance and must be paid by the due date.

Holiday programme bookings must be paid in full to secure a place.

Families receiving WINZ/MSD subsidies remain responsible for paying any portion of fees not covered by the subsidy.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • late pick-up

  • early drop-off

  • attendance outside booked hours

  • casual or last-minute bookings

  • any other approved extra session time

Accounts must be kept up to date. Bizzy Bodz reserves the right to suspend or cancel bookings where fees remain unpaid.

5) Cancellations, Changes and Absences

For before and after school care, at least 5 business days’ written notice is required for cancellations or changes to bookings.

Where less than 5 business days’ notice is given, full charges will apply. Where at least 5 business days’ notice is given, a 50% holding fee may apply.

Holiday programme bookings are non-refundable. Bookings may be moved to another day within the same holiday programme period, subject to availability.

Parents/caregivers must notify the programme of any child absence by 2:00pm on the day of care. Absences do not automatically remove the obligation to pay for a booked session.

6) Attendance, Sign In and Sign Out

All children must be signed in and signed out each day.

Children may only be collected by an authorised person listed on their enrolment, unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance. Authorised persons collecting a child must be at least 14 years old.

Bizzy Bodz is not responsible for children before they are signed in or after they have been signed out.

7) Independent Sign In/Out

Children may only sign themselves in or out where prior written permission has been provided by a parent/caregiver and approved by Bizzy Bodz.

Children under 10 years of age are not permitted to sign themselves in or out.

Where independent sign in/out has been approved, Bizzy Bodz is not responsible for the child before they arrive and sign in, or after they sign out and leave the programme.

8) Late Collection

Children must be collected by the programme closing time.

A late fee of $1.00 per minute applies for any child collected after closing time.

If a child is not collected on time, Bizzy Bodz will attempt to contact the parent/caregiver and emergency contacts. Staff will remain with the child until they are collected.

9) Health and Medical Information

Children who are unwell must not attend the programme.

Parents/caregivers must provide accurate and current medical information for their child, including any allergies, medical conditions, medications, behavioural needs, or other relevant health or support information.

Any medication required during programme hours must be provided by the parent/caregiver with clear instructions and any required authorisation.

In the event of an accident, illness, or emergency, Bizzy Bodz is authorised to seek medical advice or treatment for your child where necessary. Any associated costs are the responsibility of the parent/caregiver.

10) Behaviour

Bizzy Bodz is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children and staff.

Children are expected to behave in a way that does not place themselves, other children, or staff at risk. Where behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, or repeatedly disruptive, Bizzy

Bodz may contact parents/caregivers, require early collection, implement a behaviour management plan, suspend care, or terminate enrolment.

11) Activities and Excursions

Children may participate in a variety of supervised activities as part of the programme, including on-site and off-site activities or excursions.

By enrolling your child, you consent to their participation in routine programme activities and excursions, unless otherwise advised. Activities may be changed, postponed, or cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12) Transport

Transport may be provided as part of certain programmes or activities where applicable.

Where transport is provided, parent/caregiver consent is required and all legal safety requirements will be followed.

13) Custody and Collection Arrangements

Parents/caregivers must provide accurate and current information regarding custody, access, and collection arrangements.

Where there are legal restrictions on who may collect a child, copies of the relevant legal documentation must be provided to Bizzy Bodz. Bizzy Bodz will rely on the information and documents supplied and will not release a child to any person who is not authorised to collect them.

14) Personal Property and Damage

Bizzy Bodz is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the programme.

Parents/caregivers may be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement where their child deliberately or carelessly damages programme property or equipment.

15) Child Protection and Safety

Bizzy Bodz is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children in our care.

Where required, Bizzy Bodz may share relevant information with appropriate authorities or agencies in order to meet its legal obligations and protect the safety of a child.

16) Suspension or Termination of Enrolment

Bizzy Bodz reserves the right to suspend or terminate a child’s enrolment or bookings where:

  • fees remain unpaid

  • behaviour places the child, other children, or staff at risk

  • health and safety concerns arise

  • false, incomplete, or misleading information has been provided

  • these Terms & Conditions are breached

17) Limitation of Liability

Bizzy Bodz will take all reasonable care in the supervision and care of children attending its programmes.

To the extent permitted by law, Bizzy Bodz is not liable for loss, damage, or expense arising from:

  • personal property being lost, stolen, or damaged

  • circumstances outside its reasonable control

  • a child travelling independently where written permission has been given

  • any act or omission where Bizzy Bodz has taken reasonable care

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or protections available under New Zealand law.

18) Changes to Terms and Conditions

Bizzy Bodz may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
